Booking Confirmation

Bookings requested through our website will be subject to final confirmation from us. The confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when making the booking.

The cars can not under any circumstances be taken off the Island

The cars shown on our website are examples only and may be subject to change respecting the category and characteristics of the car. We never guarantee a particular make, colour, model or type of fuel.

There are no charges for modifications to the booking or cancellations.

Drop Offs out of normal hours are possible but always with prior consent from Tramuntana. The hirer is responsible for the car until Tramuntana collects it.

Drivers Age

The driver must be 21 years old and have held a full driving licence for a minimum of one year.

Excesses are as follows:

Group A -500 Euros plus VAT

Group B - 500 Euros plus VAT

Under no circumstances is the following covered by Insurance:

Damage to underneath the car due to driving over rough ground

Driving whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Fines or other traffic related offences.

Additional Insurance to cover Excess

If you want a worry free stay here in Menorca we would recommend an Insurance to cover the excess, charged at 8 Euros/Day

Please note that this additional insurance does not cover damage caused to underneath the car, the sides or the putting in of the wrong type of fuel or losing the keys.

Car Pick up ( collection)

Cars should be collected within our normal working day of 9am-2pm and 5pm-10pm. Cars will be picked up in front of the Airport Terminal. Collections after 10pm will be considered out of hours to which an additional 20 Euro service charge should be added.

Car Drop Off ( Returning the car)

The vehicle should be returned to the same place as where it was collected from and at the time quoted in the contract.

We offer 59 minutes grace for late drop off but after this time another days hire will be charged.

Drop Offs to a different place to vehicle collection can be arranged for an extra charge of 25 Euros. For hires of 7 Days or more there is no charge.

Once the hire has started we cannot accept cancellations except in the case of onforseen circumstances such as the death of a family member or driver illness

Extra Services

Baby seat or Booster: 3,50€ each per day

There is no additional charge for hotel or port drop offs.
